Enjoy a gentle approach to yoga! We will explore fluid movement to improve flexibility, strength, balance, relaxation, and mindfulness. This basic class is designed for the beginner or those who just need to "power down." Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class. For those who are ready, join us on Thursday mornings also, in Yoga II, for a more energetic and challenging yoga practice.
