Course Description

This class is formatted to promote self-defense with a heavy emphasis on child safety awareness. Students will practice martial arts techniques that can be used should they find themselves in a dangerous situation. Students will gain confidence and integrity while learning self-defense moves. They will also have the opportunity to progress to higher belts. (Additional fees will apply in this process.) Students will also earn certificates and medals. This program is taught by Rachel Ostrowski, a black belt instructor. The class will be held virtually this semester and will require a computer (not provided) that can access Zoom or a similar program.
