Course Description

You’ve seen fault line cakes, but how about fault line cookies? We will learn how to create a fault line area, flood a cookie with royal icing, then trim the edges of the fault with gold! All tools and supplies will be placed into a kit to be picked up prior to the class date and students get to complete 6 cookies during this live, interactive session. MUST REGISTER AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE CLASS DATE. Tool and supply pickup will be the day before class anytime between 9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m at 660 Forest Hills Ave in the office on the main level. If that won't work for you, please call the office a few days before hand to look at alternate pickup options. This is a virtual class. You must have a computer with internet access and Zoom or a similar platform.
