Challenge yourself! We will slowly and mindfully build on our Yoga I knowledge by exploring more challenging yoga practices including sun salutations, arm balances, and inversions. We will also deepen our meditation and breathing practice for mindfulness and relaxation. A working knowledge of yoga poses and alignment is needed for this class and, as always, modifications are offered and welcome. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to class.
