This class will build on your Yoga I knowledge and begin to explore more challenging standing and balancing poses, sun salutations, inversions, meditation, and breath work. A working knowledge of yoga poses and alignment is needed for this class. You will feel energized and renewed! Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket to class.
