Are you rushing from one thing to the next? If you cannot seem to find the time for meditation, the time is now and this class is for you! This class will gently bring you into quiet space with guided meditation and other strategies that make life easier. Students will find clarity and calm the effects stress can have on the body. Come as you are; we will meditate seated on chairs and/or cushions. Increase the benefits of this class by enrolling in Chair Yoga that precedes this class offering.
