Zoodles, cauli rice, spaghetti squash, tofu, tempeh… Any of these sound familiar? In this class, you’ll learn many different ways to incorporate more plants into your diet. Whether it’s a healthy carb swap or a plant-based protein, because you’re on a budget or because you care about the environment, eating more plants is never a bad decision. These days, nutrition information can be overwhelming, but Michael Pollan said it best, “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” Samples provided and recipes to take home.
