Course Description

By participating in creative activities such as painting, writing, dancing, and singing, it's been found to promote higher levels of cognitive functioning, increase fitness, lower rates of limitations to daily physical functioning, and reduce hypertension. Together we will consider possibilities and find out how involvement in creative activities can help maintain a positive quality of life.

Notes

Please register by the Friday prior to the Learning Cafe program. If you prefer NOT to have the catered lunch and want to attend the Program Only, call our office at 493-8950, and pay $2-$3 at the door the day of. Lunch at 12 noon; Program at 12:45 p.m. Payment method for Learning Cafe: pay for lunch at the time of registration. If you need to cancel, and want a refund/credit on account, call our office before 2pm on the Friday prior to the program.
