Course Description

Learn to cook once and have healthy meals for the week! Meal prep uses efficient techniques to prepare multiple foods in just a couple hours, helping you save time and money. In this class, you will learn the techniques through a hands-on approach and leave with five breakfasts and five lunches, ready to go! Food fee: $25 payable to instructor in class. All meals are gluten-free.
