Do your neck and shoulders ache? Are you tired of your back hurting? In this class, students will experience the ARC (a renewed core) method. You will practice yoga and Pilates in a whole new way that will improve your posture. The ARC method will create more flexibility, true core strength, and take the stress and strain out of those afflicted areas. Students are encouraged to bring a foam roller to class.
